Welcome to our Terms of Service! This document forms a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User") and Temirlan Idrissov ("Provider") governing the use of mobile apps. By utilizing the application, you affirm your acceptance of these terms.
The Provider grants you a license to use the application for personal use. Services include content creation, voice-to-text transcription, AI-powered text editing, and in-app purchases. Free Services are available during the Free Term, and the Provider may impose technical restrictions and alter functionality at any time.
Provider authorizes your access to and use of the application. Users must register on the app store, provide necessary information, and acknowledge that the Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for account security and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Users retain rights to User Content and grant the Provider a license to use, store, and process such content as needed to provide the Services. Users are responsible for ensuring the legality of User Content, and the Provider is not liable for the loss or deletion of such content.
Users must use the application within legal and contractual limits, refraining from copying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works. The application must not be used for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
The Provider ensures services are performed with reasonable skill and care. Users agree to pay Subscription Fees and ensure the security of their accounts. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the application.
The Agreement commences on the Effective Date and remains in effect until terminated by either party. Users may stop using the application at any time. The Provider reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the User immediately cease.
Certain Services require payment. Subscription Fees are charged according to selected Tariffs and are billed through the user's Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, and you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged for the subscription term.
Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated through the app or the App Store prior to taking effect.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Provider disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims or damages related to User Content or violation of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kazakhstan.
The relationship between the Provider and Users is that of independent contractors. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time for maintenance or other reasons. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
